Ingredients for Paneer

  • Cut Paneer in Big Cubes
  • Slit from the middle just enough to slide in the mushroom mixture without breaking the Cube
  • Add Jeera Powder & Salt
  • Keep aside for few minutes


Ingredients for Mushroom Mixture

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • Chopped blanched mushrooms


Steps to be followed

  • Roast chopped Mushrooms in ½ tsp butter
  • Fill mushroom mixture in Paneer cubes
  • Add Chopped Mushrooms  to Paneer Cubes and Roast on Non-stick Tawa from both sides
  • Serve hot
