Soya Milk


  • Soya Beans – 1/2 Kg

Steps to be followed

  • Soak Soy Beans Over night
  • Boil in a Pan for 15 – 20 minutes. (Soy beans should be little hard / not fully cooked)
  • Grind using same water that was used to soak & boil the beans
  • Sieve using Mal-Mal Cloth adding water at different intervals
  • Add Orange juice Or Mango Pulp to make Shakes / add flavors to the milk.  This is will make it more palatable for kids
