Green Salad

Ingredients

  • Moong ( green lentil) – 1½ cup
  • 1 large sized onion chopped
  • 1 large sized tomato chopped
  • Coriander chopped – 1/2 bunch
  • Little mint leaves chopped
  • Lime juice – 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Low cal sugar – 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seed powder – 1/2 tsp

Steps to be followed

  • Wash and boil moong dal until tender. Add onion, tomatoes and all seasoning. Mix well, add mint and mix lightly. Garnish with chopped coriander. Chill the dish before serving
