Nutri Nugget Kabab


  • 1 Katori Nutri Nuggets
  • Roasted besan – 4 tbsp
  • 2/3 chopped green chillies
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves – 2 tsp
  • Jeera salt – 1/2 tsp or to taste


Steps to be followed

  • Boil the nutri nugget (one boil). Strain water
  • Blend the nuggets (in small pieces) with chopped green chillies
  • Add jeera, roasted besan, salt, ginger/garlic paste and all other ingredients with nugget mixture
  • Make balls or seekh kabab of the mixture
  • In a cooker keep water, take ( an aluminium vessel preferably) vessel to keep kababs in it. Do not put cooker weight. Boil for 10 minutes
  • Open the cooker, take out the kabab and let it cool
  • If you want to deep fry the kabab fry them in a kadai or have it boiled with chutney of choice
