Murgh Salad


  • Boneless Chicken, cooked and diced – 500 g
  • Onions, chopped fine – 1 cup
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • Simla Mirch (Capsicum)
  • Thousand Island Dressing
  • Egg full boiled
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Chilli sauce
  • Celery, chopped fine


  • Place all the dressing ingredients in the jar of a liquidiser and blend
  • Mix the chicken, onions and dressing and transfer on to a serving dish
  • Arrange the capsicums around it in a ring. Chill and serve
