Hara Bhara Paratha


  • Wheat Flour – 7 tbsp (105 g)
  • Spinach – 1 tbsp (15 g)
  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


Steps to be followed

  • Method For dough
  • Blanch the spinach and make it into puree
  • Make dough using wheat flour, oil, salt, and spinach puree for light green color (Do not use water)
  • Cover the dough and keep it for 5-7 minutes
  • Method For Paratha
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts
  • Roll out 4 Chapatis and apply chutney on two of them and press the other two on top. Press lightly
  • Roast it on a tava turn once and remove when brown spots appear on both sides
  • Serve hot
