Gluten Free Rice Roti


  • Rice Flour – 3 Cup
  • Butter milk – 1 cup
  • White Butter (Home Made) – 2 tsp
  • Green chilli paste to taste
  • Coriander
  • Salt to taste

Steps to be followed

  • Sieve the rice flour
  • Mix all the ingredients and add the butter milk and knead it into a soft dough
  • Keep it aside for some time
  • After 10 minutes, roll out small pankis on plastic sheet
  • Apply oil on a heated non-stick pan and roast the panki on a very small flame
  • Serve hot with mint chatni
