Veg Vermicelli Upma
- Vermicilli – ½ Cup
- Carrot – 1
- Onion – 1
- Capsicum – 1
- Cabbage (optional)
- Spices – Mustard Seeds- ½ tsp , Red Chilli Powder, Dhania Powder, Garam Masala Powder
- Oil- ½ tsp
Steps to be followed
- Heat a non-stick Pan and add oil to it.
- Add the mustard seeds and let sputter.
- Now add the vegetables.
- Add little water to it and cover the pan.
- On a slow flame let the vegetables cook.
- Add Vermicelli and more water (just enough to cover the vermicelli).
- Add Salt and let it cook on low flame for a while (checking occasionally)
- Add spices as per your taste
