Veg Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Garlic Cloves (grated / mashed) – 4/5
  • Broccoli (cut into small florets) – 1 Medium Sized
  • Button mushrooms cut into peices – 1 cup
  • Beans ( finely chopped)  – 1/2 Cup
  • Baby corn – ¼ Cup
  • Green chillies finely chopped (optional) – 2 / 3
  • Soy Sauce – Few drops
  • Salt to taste

 

Steps to be followed

  • Heat oil in a wok
  •  Sauté grated garlic cloves until light brown
  •  Add green chillis and sauté for 2-3 seconds
  •  Now add cut vegetables and sauté them for 2 min
  •  Add salt and soy sauce
