Soya Tikki

Ingredients

  • Nutri Nuggets – 1 ½ Cups
  • 2 medium sized onions
  • Channa Dal – ½ Cup
  • 2-3 green chilies
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh coriander leaves
  • Garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For covering – Besan for coating dry

 

Method for Sambhar Powder

  • Soak the Channa Dal for 2 – 3 hours
  • Boil the Nutri nuggets (Big Granules)
  • Grind – 1 – Onion, Channa Dal, Nutri Nugetts, Salt , Coriander, Garam Masla and Red Chilli Powder
  • Mix – 1 – chopped Onion, and the ground mixture
  • Make balls and press like Tikki’s
  • Add little Besan to coat
  • Pan Fry / Bake in oven
