Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • Bean shaped pasta/macaroni – 1 cup
  • Hung curd – 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar – 2 tsp
  • Boiled & finely chopped carrots – 1/2 cup
  • Pomegranate – 1 tbsp

 

Steps to be followed

  • Boil pasta and keep aside
  • Boil peas and carrot and keep aside
  • Add salt, sugar, ground black pepper into curd and mix well
  • Mix boiled pasta, carrot, peas into the curd mix
  • Sprinkle parsley and put in fridge until you serve
  • When serving, sprinkle pomegranate for dressing
