Navratri Cutlets

Ingredients

  • Paneer / Cottage Cheese – 1/2 Cup
  • Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium sized
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Dhania / Cilantro
  • Kuttu Atta – 1/2 Cup
  • Oil for Pan frying – 1/2 tsp

 

Steps to be followed

  • Mix Grated Paneer, Boiled Potatoes, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Dhania
  • Add Kuttu Atta to bind the mixture
  • Make small balls with the mixture and press slightly just to flatten the balls a little
  • Heat a non-stick pan, add oil
  • Fry the cutlets on both sides. Cutlets can also be brushed in the oven by just brushing with oil.
