Mushroom Sandwich


  • Brown Bread Slices – 4
  • Jeera / Cummin Seeds – 1/2 Tbsp
  • Onion – 1 small
  • Mushrooms Sliced – 1 cup
  • Dhania Powder – 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Garam Masala – pinch

Steps to be followed

  • Roast Jeera in a pan and add onions. Stir fry over high heat till edges turn golden brown
  • Add the mushrooms, dhania, salt and garam masala and stir fry over high heat till excess moisture is evaporated
  • Take Pan off the heat and cool
  • Heap this mixture on a slice of bread and cover with other one
  • Place this sandwich in a non-stick sandwich maker / snack toaster and lightly brown on both sides
