Moong-Channa Salad

Ingredients

  • Extra virgin olive oil – 1/2 tsp
  • Sprouted moong and green chana – 2 cups
  • Chopped red onion – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped celery – 1/2 cup
  • Green pepper – 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes – 1 cup
  • 2 green chillies
  • Pineapple chunks – ½ Cup
  • Chat masala – 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin (jeera) powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice

 

Steps to be followed

  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add onions , celery, pepper and green chilli’s , stirfry for 2 minutes then add all rest of the ingredients
