Milli Julli Lassi

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized pear roughly chopped
  • 1 medium sized apple roughly chopped
  • Yogurt – 2 cups
  • Honey – 2 tbsp
  • Apricot preserve – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh mint leaves – 4

 

Steps to be followed

  • Blend chopped pear and apple in a blender well
  • Add yogurt, honey and apricot preserve and continue to blend till smooth
  • Add a cup of ice cubes and blend some more
  • Add mint leaves and blend again. Serve chilled
