Macroni Salad

Ingredients

  • Oil – ½ tsp
  • Whole grain Corn (boiled) – 1/3  cups
  • Tomato, De-seeded and chopped fine – ½ cup
  • Green Onions / Hara Pyaaz, chopped fine, with leaves – ½  cup
  • Khira / Cucumber chopped  –  ½ cup
  • Macaroni (boiled) – ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed Black Pepper /  Kali mirch ¼ tsp
  • Mustard powder ¼ tsp

 

Steps to be followed

  • Mix all the ingredients together and serve in a salad bowl or on a bed of greens
