Gheeya Parantha
Ingredients
- Grated Gheeya – 1
- Grated Tomato – 1
- Salt to taste
- Curd – 1 Tbsp
- Wheat Flour – 1 Cup (approx to make the dough)
- Jeera Powder
- Ajwain
- Green Chilli / Red chilli Powder
Steps to be followed
- Mix all the ingredients to make dough
- Keep for 10 – 15 minutes
- Roll Chappatti’s / Parantha’s
- Cook on a non-stick Tawa
