Ingredients

  • Grated Gheeya – 1
  • Grated Tomato – 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Curd – 1 Tbsp
  • Wheat Flour – 1 Cup (approx to make the dough)
  • Jeera Powder
  • Ajwain
  • Green Chilli / Red chilli Powder

 

 

Steps to be followed

  • Mix all the ingredients to make dough
  • Keep for 10 – 15 minutes
  • Roll Chappatti’s / Parantha’s
  • Cook on a non-stick Tawa
