Fruit Chaat

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized papaya
  • 2 medium sized kiwi
  • 1 medium sized pomegranate
  • 1 medium sized orange
  • 2 medium sized apples
  • 1 medium sized pear
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice

Steps to be followed

  • Peel and cut papaya and kiwi fruits into one inch sized cubes. Peel and separate pearls of pomegranate
  • Peel and cut orange and sweet lime into quarters
  • Cut apples and pear into one inch sized cubes. Put all the fruits into a large bowl
  • Add red chilli powder, chaat masala, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Serve cold
  • You can use a combination of any seasonal fruits of your choice or subject to availability.
