Diet Papad

Ingredients

  • Onion – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Paneer – 1/4 cup
  • Papad / Poppadum
  • Oil – 1/2 tsp

Steps to be followed

  • Heat a wok, add oil and jeera
  • When Jeera starts to sputter, add chopped onions & Sauté
  • Once the onions are golden brown, add chopped tomatoes, sauté for few more minutes
  • Now add spices and paneer. Let it sauté
  • Dampen the corners of Papad and roll/wrap
  • The mixture will be like a filling to the papads
  • Shallow fry the pappads on a non-stick tawa / microwave for 40 seconds
