Curd Mixture

Ingredients

  • Apple – (cut into small cubes) 1 cup
  • Pomegranate – 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped Celery – 2 tbsp
  • Lettuce Leave – 1 cup (torn)
  • Cucumber – 1/2
  • Tomato – 1/2
  • Green Onion – 1
  • Wheat / Corn Flakes – 1/2 Cup
  • Fresh Curd – 1/4 cup
  • Lemon to taste
  • Finely chopped Basil – 1tbsp
  • Grated Apple – 2 tbsp
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Steps to be followed

  • Mix Curd, Lemon, Finely chopped Basil, Grated Apple to make dressing
  • Combine all the ingredients for the salad, except the corn flakes and mix well
  • Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  • Add corn flakes and the dressing to the salad just before serving. Toss the salad and serve immediately
