Corn Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Bread Slices – 4
  • Corn(cooked in a microwave or sautéed in a pan) – ¼  cup
  • Pepper powder – pinch
  • Chilli powder – pinch
  • Finely Chopped Capsicum – 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Tomato – 1 tbsp
  • Finely Chopped Onion – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
  • Butter – as needed
  • Salt to taste

Steps to be followed

  • Smear butter on one side of bread slices and set aside
  • Melt butter in a frying pan
  • Add onion and fry for a few minutes
  • Add capsicum, corn, tomato, pepper powder, chilli powder, tomato sauce, salt, stir for a few minutes and remove pan from the stove
  • Spread the corn mix over a bread slice, cover with another slice, buttered side down and serve
