Corn & Onion Pancake

Ingredients

  • Maida – 100 gms (1/2 Cup)
  • Milk – 150 ml (3/4 Cup)
  • Egg – 1
  • Baking Powder – 1tsp
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green Chilli (optional)
  • Corn (American – frozen corn) – ½ Cup
  • Spring onion-1
  • Mushrooms
  • Garlic

Steps to be followed

  • Make a batter baking powder , egg , maida , milk (don’t add water) & Beat to consistency
    so that batter is not too thin or too thick
  • Mix rest of the ingredients – Spring onions, corn , mushrooms
  • Heat a non-stick pan . Add few drops of Olive oil
  • Put the batter on the pan
  • Use less quantities to make small pancakes
  • Cook on one side first, and then other on medium flame
  • Serve with Pudina chutney / sauce

 

Variations- can add paneer or capsicum with other vegetables and can serve with cheese topping for kids.
